If an error in the records of the work book is discovered later, already at another company, then corrections can be made at the new company, on the basis of the relevant documents or in the personnel department of the previous employer.

If an incorrect entry is found many years later, it can be corrected. For this, it is indicated that the entry is invalid and a valid entry is made under the appropriate serial number, indicating the documents on the basis of which the entry was made.

When an employee is dismissed under the article on the initiative of the employer and the court or the labor inspectorate recognized the dismissal as illegal and ordered to reinstate the employee at the previous place of work, then instead of the old work book, a duplicate can be issued, in which there will be no entry with the article.
