Collect all documents in one folder. You can collect them up to the age of 14. Take the birth certificate, receipt of payment of the state duty, photographs to the housing office or the management company.

Wait 2 weeks for the passport to be ready. After this period, come to the passport office to which you are attached and receive your first passport.
