Labor book - a document confirming the length of service of any adult able-bodied person. He remembers its existence only when he draws up a pension. It is then that the problems associated with the incorrect filling of the work book begin.

Step 1
When applying for a job, a work book must be filled out by an inspector or a HR specialist in the presence of an employee. It is possible to make an entry in the work book containing information about the employee only on the basis of a passport and educational document.
Step 2
Records of admission, transfers, dismissal are made on the basis of an order indicating its number and date of publication. The employee gets acquainted with each entry against signature.
Step 3
All entries are made without any abbreviations.
Step 4
A record of work or an award must necessarily have a serial number and the date the record was made.
Step 5
Records of the reasons for terminating the contract with employees must be made on the basis of articles of the Labor Code.
Step 6
It is possible to make an entry in the work book about another part-time job only at the request of the employee himself, upon providing them with the necessary documents.
Step 7
On the basis of a military ID, certificate or diploma of training, information about the passage of military service, about the time of training in courses is recorded in the work book.
Step 8
An employee of the personnel department of the enterprise is obliged to make entries in the work book related to changes in personal data, education, profession, on the basis of documents submitted by the employee.
Step 9
If errors or inaccuracies are found in the work book, then they must be corrected by a personnel specialist on the basis of official documents. Crossing out incorrect or inaccurate information about work and awards is prohibited. First, a record is made about the recognition of an invalid entry as invalid, and then a correct entry is made.
Step 10
If a citizen has lost his work book, he needs to contact the personnel department of the enterprise where he has worked recently with a request to issue him a duplicate. The duplicate contains information about the experience of previous work on the basis of documents.
