Recording in the work book of the general director is difficult because there is no consensus among specialists about which document should be indicated as a basis: an order to appoint to a position or a decision of the founders to appoint a general director. Some indicate the first document, others the second, and still others both.
It is necessary
- - work book form;
- - the decision of the general meeting of founders or the sole decision, if that one, on the appointment of the general director.
Instructions
Step 1
Otherwise, the record of hiring the head of the organization is no different from entering information about the enrollment in the state for any other position. The full name of the organization is recorded as a heading in column 3, and, if available, an abbreviated one.
The record is assigned a sequential number, strictly following the number of the previous one, if it is present in the document.
The date is entered strictly in the column intended for it, in the fields reserved for each value. The day and month are indicated by two digits, if necessary, zero is put in front, the year - four.
Step 2
In the 3rd column, the text "Hired for the position of the General Director (or another title of the position)" is entered. Those who prefer the decision of the founders (or one founder) as the basis, prefer the wording “appointed”.
Step 3
Since there is no single point of view about what to write in the last column, its content is at your discretion. A universal option seems to be when both documents are mentioned with the number and date of adoption: both the decision of the founders and the order. There is no need to stamp and sign for the time being, only on the dismissal record. he does it himself. He also signs the order on his appointment as director. And if he is the only founder, then he appoints himself to the position.
