Currently, the legislation of the Russian Federation allows filling out and filing an income declaration of an individual or legal entity on the Internet. This simplifies the tax reporting procedure. Instructions
Step 1
Connect your computer to the Internet, enter the address of the government services website in your browser. Go to it, enter your username and password. The password will be the number of your pension insurance certificate, use the taxpayer identification number as the password.
Step 2
Select the column "Taxes and fees", in it click on the link for filing a tax return. Then choose who you are: an individual or a legal entity. Accordingly, go to the desired tab.
Step 3
The declaration can be submitted in three ways: come in person to the tax office, send it by mail with a list of attachments and send it via telecommunications. Select the acceptance of the document on the Internet and click on the button where the type of declaration that you need to fill out is indicated.
Step 4
Start filling out the declaration. Enter your personal data, if you are an individual, indicate TIN, registration address. Enter the name of the organization, if you are submitting documentation on behalf of a legal entity, write TIN, KPP, address of the location of the company.
Step 5
Depending on what type of declaration you are filling out, enter the amount of income from employment; if you are an individual, indicate the amount of financial results from the activities of the enterprise, if you enter information on behalf of a legal entity.
Step 6
When all the points of the declaration are completed, attach a package of necessary documents to it and send it to the tax office at your place of residence or the location of the company. Within two or three days you will receive an answer, where they will put down the stamp "Accepted" or something else.
Step 7
Sending a declaration over the Internet does not exempt the taxpayer from personally signing the document, so you still need to come to the tax office. But the advantage is that you don't have to queue up. For the submission of electronic declarations, a window is highlighted in which you put your signature and date.
