Instructions

Step 1

Write a report in which you indicate the reason for conducting an internal audit on the fact of the violation. The report is drawn up in the name of the manager, who has the right to make decisions on disciplinary action. In the report, strictly indicate the time, place, rank, position, last name, first name, patronymic of the employee, as well as the fact of violation. Sign the report, indicating its date of writing, your rank, position, surname, initials. You can send the report in person or through the secretariat, registering properly.

Step 2

Further, as directed by management, obtain an explanation from the person who committed the misconduct. In his explanation, he must indicate the fact of the violation and the reasons that contributed to it.

Step 3

Take copies of any documents confirming the violation of discipline. For example, a certificate of incapacity for work or copies of registration journals and books.

Step 4

After receiving an explanation, conduct a service check. If the violation has no valid reason, disciplinary action should be taken against the violator.

Step 5

Draw up the conclusion of the official audit accordingly, describe in detail the fact of the violation, unreasonable reasons contributing to the violation, make a reference to the regulatory documents prohibiting such actions, making a decision on the consideration of the fact by a higher manager and additional instructions, such as notifying persons affected by the violation. Send a copy of the conclusion to the personnel department, which also indicate in the conclusion.

Step 6

After the approval of the conclusion, the head issues a punishment order, which indicates the type of penalty. Such types of penalties as “reprimand” and “incomplete official compliance” differ significantly. The most lenient punishment is "reprimand". More serious violations may result in a “misconduct warning”. An extreme measure of punishment is dismissal.
