What is the work of the Population Employment Center?
In each region of the country there are Population Employment Centers - these organizations are regional offices of the population employment service, which provides a number of services related to employment and registration of the population in jobs corresponding to the level of education and field of activity of an individual.
Both people with Russian citizenship and those who are not citizens of the country and do not have citizenship at all can apply for help in finding a job at the CPC.
So, in the offices there are specialists who are engaged in direct work with the population. Employees of the CPC provide employment services to all comers.

In fact, the database of vacancies is rarely updated, and besides, no one is protected from fraudulent actions of employers.
