For the correct filling of the declaration with a minimum number of errors, it is necessary to adhere to some rules.

Instructions

Step 1

Fill out the declaration only with a dark colored ballpoint pen. You can also fill out the document on a computer, which is much more efficient - it makes it easier to correct mistakes without rewriting everything. In addition, you will have a template for the next fiscal year. At the same time, do not put dashes in empty cells, they must remain empty. All indicators must be rounded to the nearest whole unit. Correction by a proofreader is not allowed. You can cross out the error, and on the right, carefully write the correct answer.

Step 2

Put down the identification number (TIN) and registration code (KPP) of an individual entrepreneur or organization at the top of each page. Indicate the type of document (corrective or primary), and the reporting year of the submitted declaration. Enter the name of the organization, which is recorded in the incorporation documents. If the declaration is filled in by an individual, then it is necessary to indicate the surname, name and patronymic without abbreviations, in full, in accordance with the passport.

Step 3

Indicate the object code (OKATO), and the code of the type of economic activity. Fill in the columns from left to right. Write zeros in the remaining cells. Indicate the tax, chapter number, period and quarter number, chapter number of part two of the Tax Code for the relevant tax. Indicate the phone number of the organization or individual, the number of pages and the number of sheets of supporting documents. Write the last name, first name and patronymic of the head and his signature, which must be certified with the seal of the organization.

Step 4

Indicate the date of filling out the document. To confirm those indicated in the declaration, sign the taxpayer's representative and indicate the date of signing.
