Officially, this document is called a single tax declaration in connection with the use of the simplified tax system (simplified taxation system). It must be filed once a year by all entrepreneurs applying the simplified tax system (except for cases of simplified taxation system based on a patent), regardless of whether, including those who did not conduct business. In the latter case, a zero declaration is submitted.

Necessary

  • - book of income and expenses or documents confirming them;
  • - a special program for the formation of a declaration or an online service for filling it out and / or submitting it via the Internet.

Instructions

Step 1

To fill out the declaration with a minimum probability of errors, it is best to use a special accounting program or an online service, as a rule, providing for its subsequent submission via the Internet, although other options are possible. If you do not use any of these options, install the program on your computer or register with the selected online service. Most of them are paid, but there are also those where you can generate a declaration when using the demo version.

Step 2

Some services, for example, Elba Electronic Accountant, generate a declaration based on information about income and expenses, which you reflect directly in their interface. There are options with the ability to export the necessary data from your electronic reporting in Exel, 1C, etc. or Bank-client.

In other cases, you enter the necessary data manually through the interface of the system or program. The source of data is a ledger of income and expenses, in which you need to quickly reflect all relevant transactions (and this is more convenient). Otherwise - payment documents or information from the Bank-client.

Step 3

After filling in all the required fields, give the command to generate a declaration. It will be saved on your computer for subsequent printing and transmission to the tax office in person or by mail, or forwarded to your inspectorate via telecommunications channels.
