A work book is a document confirming the length of service and experience of an employee. This document records not only information about the acceptance, transfer and dismissal of an employee, but also about the awards and titles received by him. It is necessary to issue a work book in accordance with the rules for maintaining documentation.
Instructions
Step 1
The work book is drawn up when applying for the first place of work. It should be filled out by an HR officer or accountant. First of all, the title page is drawn up. Here you must indicate the full name of the employee, date of birth, education status (secondary vocational, higher vocational, etc.), specialty (for example, accountant, financier, driver). The line below you must put the date of registration of the work book, your signature, the signature of the employee and the seal of the organization.
Step 2
The next section contains information about human work. First of all, you must indicate the name of the organization, according to the constituent documents. This must be done if this is the first time you enter information in this document.
Step 3
In the first column, enter the ordinal number of the record, in the second - the date of entering the information. Fill in the next column in accordance with the order of the head. First, record information about the operation itself, for example, "appointed to the position of accountant." In the fourth column, enter the date and number of the document on the basis of which you enter the information. This can be an order of the head, a decision of a meeting of shareholders.
Step 4
When dismissing an employee, provide information referring to an article of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, for example, "The employment contract was terminated on the initiative of the employee, paragraph 3 of article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation." Note that abbreviations are not relevant in this document. The dismissal record is certified by the seal of the organization and the signature of the personnel worker. The employee must also put his signature, thereby agreeing with the information entered.
Step 5
If you want to enter in the labor information about the employee's awards, indicate the serial number of the operation, the date of the entry, information about the awards (including the type of award), the basis. Monetary awards for this or that work are not recorded in this document.
