Step 1
Contact your city employment center within two weeks of the day you are downsized. Compliance with this point is mandatory, because the former employer pays his ex-employee a "penalty" equal to the salary, within three months from the date of dismissal. The last, third payment occurs on the basis of a certificate from the employment center that the employee is registered there. If he did not manage to do this in time, then he will not receive the payment.
Step 2
Provide a certificate of salary from the previous place of work. You can take the form at the employment center and take it to the accountant to fill out.
Step 3
Bring all available educational documents. Diplomas and certificates can be provided without inserts. If you did not receive your education in Russia, then the diploma must be translated into Russian, and this translation must be notarized.
Step 4
Attach your passport, TIN, pension insurance certificate.
Step 5
After registering, open a savings account within 5 days.
