Buying and selling a car is a formal transaction that must be legally formalized. The basis for its implementation is the sales contract. There is no unified form for this document, but you can use some guidelines for its design.

Step 1
In all columns of the agreement, indicate the most complete information. If some items remain empty, put a dash in the form of the letter "Z" there. This is necessary to exclude the possibility of adding any information to the blank spaces by another party to the transaction.
Step 2
In the upper left corner, under the name of the document, write the name of the settlement in which the transaction is being carried out. Opposite, on the right side, indicate the date of the contract. In the second line of the document, write the last name, first name, patronymic of the seller of the car, and below - the same data of the buyer of the car, explaining that this contract of sale of the car is concluded between these persons.
Step 3
The following is information that reflects the subject of the contract. In the first paragraph, write the most complete information about the car, which is already listed in its passport. Next, indicate the cost of the vehicle in numbers and in words. The third paragraph should display information about the time of transfer of the machine to the buyer from the date of payment for the purchase. The unit of measurement can be days, hours, months.
Step 4
Please list below all the items that you transfer to the buyer with the vehicle. These can be documents both for the car itself and for additional equipment, additional car keys, a set of winter or summer tires. Pay special attention to this item if you are a customer.
Step 5
Further, complete information about the seller and the buyer should be provided: place of registration, place of residence, passport and contact information. After that, the buyer must put his signature in front of the words - "the vehicle received", and the seller signs in front of the phrase - "the sum of money in the amount of _ received".
Step 6
Be sure to re-read it before signing the document. The agreement is considered concluded after both signatures on two copies of this document will be in it.
