Instructions
Step 1
Submit an application for registration with the tax office in the approved form. If you are registering as an individual entrepreneur - at your place of residence. Legal entities need to register at their location.
Step 2
If you are registering as an individual entrepreneur, you will need to provide a copy of your passport to the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate. Legal entities must provide a decision on the creation of a legal entity in the form of a meeting minutes, constituent documents.
Step 3
If you are registering as an individual entrepreneur, select the type of taxation. Please attach 2 copies of the transition statement.
Step 4
Pay the state fee and attach a copy of the receipt to the package of documents. You can check the payment details at the nearest branch of the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service.
Step 5
If you open a current account, you must also provide a notice of opening a current account, no later than 5 days
Step 6
You can send the assembled package with a document to the IFTS by mail, take it personally, transfer it through an authorized person.
