What types of powers of attorney are

A power of attorney can only be drawn up in writing, and in the case when it involves the performance of transactions that must be drawn up by a notary, it itself must be notarized. There are special requirements for the content of this document, regardless of the type of power of attorney. So, the actions stipulated in it, which the principal permits his authorized representative to perform, should not be illegal. Permitted actions must be stated clearly and clearly in order to exclude their ambiguous interpretation.

Powers of attorney are one-time, issued for the performance of aggregate or long-term actions for a specified period, as well as general ones. A one-time power of attorney is issued to perform any one action, for example, to buy a car. But the power of attorney to dispose of them refers to those that are issued for the performance of aggregate actions. The broadest powers are received by the authorized person, in whose hands there is a general, or general, power of attorney. It may stipulate the possibility of making any transactions with the property of the principal and even exercising the rights and obligations that are his prerogative.
