The right to dispose of the property of another person can be exercised by means of a general power of attorney. A general power of attorney gives the full right to carry out any actions that are legal in nature, on behalf of a person (both physical and legal) in various fields of activity.

Instructions
Step 1
A general power of attorney should be issued exclusively in writing and in your own hand.
Step 2
It must contain the place and date of issue (in words), reliable passport data of the persons concluding the transaction, their place of residence and the presence or absence of the right of substitution. The assigned powers are signed in particular detail, indicating all the subtleties and nuances, in order to avoid any illegal actions. There is a possibility of including a special clause in the power of attorney, according to which the principal can insure himself against all kinds of risks.
Step 3
Please note that this document is valid for a maximum of three years, in the event that this moment is not indicated in the power of attorney, then it is valid for one calendar year from the date of signing.
Step 4
A power of attorney received on behalf of a certain legal entity is certified by the seal and personal signature of the head. Authenticity is notarized only in cases provided for by this legislation, and the document must be certified upon transfer of authority. However, it will be useful to visit a notary in any case.
Step 5
When changing the head of the organization that issued the general power of attorney, you should immediately receive a new paper signed by the current director.
Step 6
A power of attorney issued by an individual is subject to mandatory certification by a notary.
Step 7
When issuing a general power of attorney for the ownership of a vehicle, data on the brand, model, its color, registration and identification numbers, date of issue, chassis, engine, body numbers, as well as information from the vehicle's passport and registration certificate are entered into the document.
