Step 1
If you have lost the general power of attorney or it has become unusable, apply with a statement to the notary office at the place of registration of the document. Show your civil passport, pay the state fee for notary services. Within a short period of time, you will be given a duplicate of your lost or damaged document. At the same time, your principal does not need to be present. If the term of the power of attorney has not expired, and it has not been revoked by the principal himself, the issue is made on the basis of the application of the authorized person.
Step 2
If the expiration date has expired, in order to restore the power of attorney, you will have to contact the notary office together with your principal. Submit an application, present your civil passport and the client's passport, pay the state fee for notary services. You will be issued a new document, which will be valid for three years from the date of receipt.
Step 3
The principal has the right to revoke the issued general power of attorney at any time, but the revocation procedure provides for a written notification of the notarized trustee within three days from the date of termination of the power of attorney. It is impossible to restore the revoked power of attorney. You can get a new document if the principal deems it necessary to delegate his powers to you again. To issue a new power of attorney, you will need a passport of both parties, an application, a receipt for payment of the state duty for notary services.
Step 4
The trustee also has the right to terminate the exercise of his powers at any time, apply to the notary with a statement and revoke the power of attorney. In this case, the principal must be notified in writing within three days from the date of revocation of the power of attorney. It is impossible to restore such a power of attorney. You have the right to contact the notary public with the principal again, write an application, present your passport, pay the state fee and reissue the document for a new term.
