From a legal point of view, a power of attorney is a document by which one person (natural or legal) authorizes another person to represent his interests in the commission of certain actions, the disposal of one or another property (movable and immovable) belonging to the principal. Step 1
The most popular and widely known type of general power of attorney is a general power of attorney for a car (any other vehicle). This document gives the authorized person the right to dispose of the vehicle at his own discretion: sell, exchange, lease, perform any actions related to the operation and order of the vehicle, deregister it with the AIM. In addition, the general power of attorney gives the attorney the right to drive a car abroad, as well as delegate the right to order the vehicle to a third party.

The general power of attorney for real estate (apartment, house, premises, land plot) provides the attorney with a wide range of powers: to solve bureaucratic issues, to deal with paperwork, to sign on behalf of the principal the necessary applications for registering real estate, to draw up contracts of sale, donation, rent square meters in rent, exchange for other property. As a rule, powers of attorney of this kind are issued not for all real estate owned by the principal, but for some specific object, the address and registration data of which must be indicated in the text of the document.

General power of attorney for all property. This document enables the authorized person to represent the interests of the principal in all, without exception, institutions, regardless of their form of ownership (public or private), to individuals, regarding any issues. With such a power of attorney in hand, an attorney can dispose of all property (movable and immovable), bank accounts (open and close accounts, withdraw and deposit the necessary sums, renegotiate contracts), receive remittances - pension, social assistance, wages, and any correspondence. In addition, such a general power of attorney gives the right to represent interests in all courts, administrations, ministries, prosecutors, registry office, pension fund, tax inspection, housing office, etc.
