Instructions
Step 1
Contact the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund. This is necessary to get a list of insurance companies that have a state license for this type of activity. You can choose any insurance company to conclude a compulsory health insurance contract.
Step 2
Make a list of all employees who work for you under an open-ended, fixed-term employment contract, under any other legal type of contract. For example, under a civil law contract, as well as part-time, if an external part-time employee has expressed a desire to receive or change an OMI policy with expired insurance in your organization. You are obliged to issue a medical insurance policy not only to citizens of the Russian Federation, but also to all foreign employees working for you and having a residence permit in the territory of the Russian Federation from the Federal Migration Service.
Step 3
Contact any chosen insurance company, conclude a contract for the provision of insurance services for all employees of your organization. Submit to the insurance company a list of all employees, passport details, pension insurance certificate number, collected expired insurance policies.
Step 4
You will receive a medical policy for all employees in 30 days. For this period, you have the right to receive temporary insurance certificates for all employees, according to which they will be able to receive medical care at the clinic at their place of work or residence, as well as inpatient treatment, if they need it.
Step 5
After receiving ready-made policies, issue them to all employees on receipt. If, after the massive receipt of insurance policies, new employees get a job, then you can get a policy for them separately by presenting a list and all the data or data of one employee, depending on how many people you have again got a job.
Step 6
When an employee is dismissed, you do not need to hand over a medical policy, it is enough to just make notes in the appropriate fields, which will be done by representatives of the insurance company.
