Instructions

Step 1

Designate a responsible person. He will have to carry out the work that you define in the regulations. Choose the most responsible employee for these purposes.

Step 2

Designate the subject of the regulations for the formed business project. At the same time, please note that this should apply to the works themselves, which are directly related to the creation and release of products (services or works) for clients, as well as for making a profit by your organization.

Step 3

Have a small meeting. This is necessary if the working process, which is described in the regulations, clashes the same interests of different departments and divisions. It is important, however, that all key representatives of these departments are present at the meeting. In turn, the designated responsible person should explain in detail the importance of the process under discussion. Therefore, try to listen to the views of each of the stakeholders and then consider their views.

Step 4

Describe the entire business process in as much detail as possible. At the same time, it is very good if the work process is not complicated and an employee will be responsible for it, who can quite clearly imagine all the stages of production activity. Next, discuss the resulting regulations with all the other participants. In turn, when a business project is complex, each employee must detail the production activities in their own work area.

Step 5

Gather the necessary material (information supported by documents), and then discuss it with the project participants.

Step 6

Provide all members of the working group with the preliminary text of the regulations. In the future, this can positively affect the convenience of dialogue and the development of possible adjustments. At the same time, let them express their opinion, make some suggestions, comments or amendments and justify them for all participants in the process.

Step 7

Submit the revised work order to your senior management for review and approval.
