Step 1
First, decide how you will organize labor protection. If your company employs more than 50 people, then you should create a department or introduce a staff unit, whose responsibilities will include control over ensuring the safety of employees. If the company has a small number of employees, then the responsibility for instructing must be assigned to the director of the company. When the number of the organization exceeds 700 people, then a department for labor protection should be created and introduced into the staffing table.
Step 2
Draw up a regulation on labor protection at your enterprise. To do this, follow the recommended approved position. Make the necessary adjustments that will be applicable to your organization and taken into account depending on the specifics of the firm's activities.
Step 3
Issue an order to create a labor protection service or to add one staff unit for the safety function of specialists. The director should assign responsibilities for changing the staffing table, as well as developing job descriptions, to the head of the personnel department.
Step 4
Draw up an order to change the staffing table, where indicate that the labor protection service or the position of an employee to monitor the safety of the working conditions of employees should be included in it. Based on the order, change the staffing table as appropriate and approve it with the head of the company.
Step 5
Make up the job descriptions of employees of the labor protection department. To do this, you will need to be guided by the recommendations that are offered by legislation and require a special approach.
Step 6
Draw up the necessary OSH instructions for each staff unit in the enterprise. Depending on the specifics of the company's activities, develop and approve documents from the director of the organization, the list of which is given in the recommendations.
