In accordance with the standard program "Organization of occupational safety training", the company develops and approves the Director of the Program for the introductory briefing on occupational safety. It is also necessary to draw up instructions for the induction briefing, which should be drawn up on the basis of the approved program for conducting the induction briefing. In order to register the conduct of the introductory briefing, you need to keep a special journal. It must be laced, numbered, sealed and signed by the official responsible for its administration.
Each employee must have a Personal Training Card. This document is maintained by the labor protection service, the personnel department or heads of departments.
Other required documents on labor protection
The enterprise also needs a List of workers' professions that are exempt from on-the-job instruction, it specifies a list of workers who are not associated with maintenance, repair, adjustment of production equipment, using electrified or other tools, storage and use of raw materials and materials. It is necessary to draw up a List of professions for which employees must undergo a medical examination, and a List of employees who are subject to regular medical examinations.
The company must have a program for the implementation of initial instruction at the workplace, which is drawn up on the basis of a typical program.
Heads of structural divisions must draw up OSH instructions for their subordinates. To compile these documents, methodological recommendations for the development of labor protection requirements are used. In accordance with the staffing table, production equipment and technological processes, a list of labor protection instructions is drawn up.
