Instructions

Step 1

Determine the structure and size of the labor protection service. As a rule, it should consist of four to six people, including the head of the department. The staffing of the service depends on the number of employees at the enterprise, the degree of danger of the production process and other fundamental factors.

Step 2

The decision to create a labor protection service is made by the director of the enterprise. It is recorded in the form of an order. The subject of the document corresponds to the creation of a labor protection department in this company, the reason for drawing up the order is to carry out the relevant work. In the administrative part of this document, the head of the organization must indicate that a separate structural unit for labor protection should be organized. Responsibility for setting up the staffing table for this department and the provisions on safety instructions should be assigned to the personnel worker. The order should be certified with the seal of the company and the signature of the first person of the company.

Step 3

Draw up a regulation on labor protection at this enterprise. As a sample when writing this document, you can use the approved standard regulation on labor protection by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated May 29, 2006 N 413.

Step 4

Draw up job descriptions for employees of the labor protection department, where indicate their tasks. These are the organization and coordination of labor protection; control over compliance with legislation and labor protection standards; organization of preventive work; improvement of conditions for the performance of labor functions by employees; conducting training on labor protection for employees of the organization.

Step 5

After the personnel worker makes the appropriate changes to the staffing table, draws up job descriptions and regulations on labor protection, instructions on labor protection and a list of necessary documents should be developed in which employees of the labor protection service need to register certain information in accordance with the specifics of the company's activities.
