Step 1

Find the application form for registration (form Р21001) on the profile site on the Internet, download and print. Fill out the application. Do not forget that any corrections and blots are prohibited in the documents for registering an individual entrepreneur.

Submit your application, a receipt for payment of the state duty and a photocopy of your passport to the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate on your own, or send them by registered mail by Russian post. Registration of an individual enterprise is always carried out at the place of permanent registration of an individual. Take a receipt for the papers handed over with the date of receipt of a full package of documents or a reasoned refusal to register.

Obtain a certificate of registration from the tax office in person. This usually happens 5-7 days after the submission of documents. Make a seal, open a current account. They are often necessary.
