A trade union meeting can be convened on the occasion of elections, re-elections, a report, or to solve current problems of the enterprise. When holding any meeting, it is necessary to keep the minutes with the introduction of all the items under consideration and to resolve all issues by general voting.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are holding a trade union meeting to elect a leadership cell, then all members of the organization must be present at the general meeting. Elect a secretary who will record the entire course of the meeting and elections in the minutes. On the agenda, consider the issue of election or re-election of the chairman, two deputies, three members of the audit committee. One of the auditing committee should be the chairman and two deputies.
Step 2
Direct sessions and elections shall be conducted by a general vote. Representatives of the working class and administration may attend the election and re-election meetings. Sign the minutes by all members of the meeting and present to the administration of the enterprise for review.
Step 3
If a meeting, conference or congress is held on the topic of resolving general production issues, the presence of the administrative staff of the enterprise is mandatory.
Step 4
You can bring on the agenda questions about wage increases, amendments to the collective agreement and internal legal acts of the enterprise, demand a reduction in working hours and put forward other proposals that employees have made in the course of their work.
Step 5
Enter each question under consideration in a separate paragraph and indicate the number of votes "for", "against", "abstained". At the current meeting, the presence of 50% of the trade union organization is sufficient. Each raised issue is approved if the majority of the members present voted for it.
Step 6
Show the protocol with the final decision to the employer against receipt. The employer is obliged to consider the decisions put forward and make a decision on their approval or rejection. If the employer ignores the requirements put forward, then an administrative fine may be imposed on him (article 5.28-5.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
