To register an enterprise, you need to provide a package of documents to the tax office. The law provides for various organizational and legal forms of enterprises. The most popular and least complicated in registration and subsequent conduct of activities is a limited liability company (LLC).

Step 1
Before registering an LLC, decide which taxation system is better for it (simplified, UTII, general), and select OKVED codes.
The number of the latter is not limited by law, although the entire reference book, but experienced advise to limit yourself to 20. With a larger number, technical failures during registration and refusal in it are possible.
Step 2
A very important issue is the legal address. If you need an office or industrial premises, you definitely need to find it and take a letter of guarantee from the owner, confirming that this property will be leased to you after the registration of the LLC. Make also a notarized copy of the title deed for the premises.
Theoretically, the head of the LLC can register it at his home address. But it is necessary to clarify in the tax office: this is not possible for all types of activities. And in a number of regions, firms are not registered at the home address at all.
Step 3
A prerequisite for registering an LLC is to form an authorized capital, which cannot be less than 10 thousand rubles. You can simply put this amount into a savings account with a bank. You can do it in parts: first 50%, the rest in the first year after registration.
Another option is to contribute the authorized capital with property. In this case, you will need an appraisal act and an act of acceptance and transfer of property to the company's balance sheet. With a property price of more than 20 thousand rubles. an independent appraiser is needed. At a lower cost, the founders themselves determine.
Step 4
Think over the name of your company. It can be anything, but it is better not to duplicate the very famous ones. It is also undesirable to use the names of state organizations, including abbreviated ones.

Step 5
With a set of ready-made documents, go to the tax office. Within five days, they are obliged to make a decision and hand you either constituent documents or a refusal to register.
