Instructions

Step 1

It is possible to terminate an employment contract earlier than two weeks later, only if there are fairly good reasons. For example, in connection with retirement, with admission to an educational institution, moving, etc., as well as in cases where employers have found a violation by an employee of the norms and rules established at the enterprise. In these cases, the date of dismissal is the number specified in the application (Article 80 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).

Step 2

If an employee passes a probationary period in an organization, or a fixed-term contract of up to two months or for seasonal work is concluded, then you can quit within three days. In this case, you need to notify the head of your decision in writing within this period (Articles 71, 292, 296 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).

Step 3

If the relationship with the management is good, then you can agree and part by agreement of the parties. In this case, in accordance with Article 78 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the contract can be terminated at any time.

Step 4

If the employer does not want to meet you and does not fire you before two weeks (or simply does not have time to prepare the documents), then you can take a two-week sick leave or go on vacation, and before that write a letter of resignation. You just need to go out on the last supposed day of work, pick up the documents and get the calculation. The employer has no right to fire you under the article while you are on vacation or sick leave.
