Instructions

Step 1

If the employee previously submitted a letter of resignation to you of his own free will, wait until the employee closes the certificate of incapacity for work in order to make sure that the employee has not changed the decision to dismiss.

Step 2

Fire the employee the next day after the end of the illness, this date will be considered the last working day

Step 3

Make the appropriate entry in the work book and in the personal T-2 card. Provide the dismissed employee with the order for review.

Step 4

Pay the retired employee all the compensations required by law (including for the period of his incapacity for work, according to the sick leave). You can dismiss an employee who has gone on sick leave after submitting an application of your own free will, if a non-working disability group has been established for him.

Step 5

Issue an order to terminate the employee. The date of dismissal indicated in the order must be the 15th day from the date of application. Make an appropriate entry in the work book and in the personal card of the dismissed employee.

Step 6

Send an invitation to the employee by registered mail on behalf of the HR department so that he can read the order of dismissal and receive a work book.

Step 7

Provide him with all appropriate compensation and benefits and pay the full sick leave until the day of the onset of the disability.

Step 8

Dismiss at your own request an employee who is on sick leave if the company has already hired a translation specialist from another organization for this job.

Step 9

Issue an order to dismiss the employee under Article 80 (of your own free will). Make the appropriate entries in the work book and in the personal card. Send the dismissed employee a certified letter with a notification, in which indicate the number of the dismissal order and invite him to familiarize himself with the order and receive a work book and the final payment.

Step 10

Issue a work book, familiarize yourself with the order and pay all compensations, as well as pay the sick leave in full.
