Based on article 179 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the right to leave the workplace is granted to employees with higher qualifications and labor productivity

If the educational institution has decided to issue a certificate to the young specialist about self-employment, or about its redistribution, in this case the reduction of the young specialist is also possible. Termination of an employment contract with a young specialist, with a real reduction in staff and if all measures have been taken to employ him, is also lawful.

Conditions under which it is prohibited to lay off a young specialist

The law of the Russian Federation obliges, when reducing young specialists, to closely observe legal procedures, since the process of dismissing a young specialist is especially monitored by the state. According to the regulation on the rights and obligations of a young specialist, their dismissal is prohibited until the date of completion of the compulsory work prescribed in the certificate of job placement.
