Young specialists are graduates who graduated from universities and technical schools, and received a distribution, with the exception of “target students”. Often graduates perceive distribution negatively, forgetting that this gives them a number of benefits in the form of benefits and payments.
Instructions
Step 1
The first and main thing that a young specialist who has fallen under the distribution will receive is employment in his specialty and 31-day leave, and 45-day leave for graduates of pedagogical universities. If you come to work with a referral, you will definitely be provided with a job in accordance with your specialty. The employer has no right to refuse without justified reasons.
Step 2
Second and no less important, young specialists are entitled to material assistance in the form of: compensation for moving to another city (for the graduate himself, as well as for his entire family, if any); payment of expenses for the transportation of personal belongings (furniture, etc.) up to 500 km - for oneself and up to 150 km - for each family member; daily allowance, as during a business trip, for the days of moving; wages for the days of collection and travel at the tariff (not> 6 days); one-time financial assistance in the amount of monthly salary.
Step 3
Graduates can also receive financial aid equal to the average scholarship for the last months of their studies. The employer is obliged to pay money within a month from the start of work and the conclusion of an employment contract.
Step 4
Graduates of pedagogical universities can count on material assistance in 45 days from the regional authorities based on the average monthly stipend for the last months of study. If, before being appointed to work, graduates did not receive material assistance, they will receive a payment based on a social stipend.
Step 5
Some employers have a 50% increase in salary for young specialists in the collective agreement.
Step 6
For physicians, teachers and agricultural workers who got a job in budgetary organizations, monthly allowances for young specialists are also established for the first two years of work, the amount of which depends on the hours worked, but not more than one salary. In addition, if representatives of these specialties work in a radioactive zone (for example, in Chernobyl), they can count on a deferral from conscription, as well as on annual benefits: from the 1st to the 2nd year of work - 20 minimum wages, from 2 from the third to the third year of work - 25 and from the third year of work - 30.
Step 7
Also, graduates of some specialties who started their careers in rural areas can receive subsidies from the state. For example, a young doctor working in a rural area will receive about 1,000,000 rubles. compensation.
Step 8
In any case, when applying for a job, it is imperative to study your employment contract, and subsequently the collective agreement of the organization, in which the terms of such benefits and payments for young professionals should be negotiated.
