A person who is serving in the internal troops may want or need to quit before reaching the statutory pension age or before the end of the contract. In this case, you need to follow the algorithm of actions necessary for the correct paperwork.
Instructions
Step 1
Find out if you have sufficient grounds for early termination. It can be done by agreement of the parties, if the management is satisfied with your departure, or of their own free will, if accompanied by satisfactory reasons. These include, for example, the need to take care of minor children left without a second parent, or insufficient wages to support all dependents.
Step 2
Write a report to the name of your line manager. It must indicate the reason for leaving the service. You have the right to a medical examination, the request for which can also be recorded in the report. The name of the commander and the number of the unit should be indicated at the top of the text, and after the report itself there should be your name, position, military rank and signature. It is also necessary to put a date on the document in order to avoid delaying the dismissal process.
Step 3
Submit a report to your commander. He will send it to a special commission for consideration, which will make a decision within fifteen working days. After that, the report will be returned to the commander, who will also have to approve the dismissal.
Step 4
Get your layoff benefits. You must be paid for all unpaid service time, as well as compensated for vacation days that you have not yet had time to use. They are calculated from the number of days worked this year. You will also be given documents confirming your service life. You will be considered dismissed from the moment the order is officially issued by the personnel department.
