Instructions

Step 1

Prepare written notice for the employee to be fired. Three days before the expiration of his employment contract, hand him this notice against signature.

Step 2

Prepare an order to dismiss the employee with the wording "in connection with the expiration of the employment contract." Give him the number and date of publication, indicate the date of dismissal, certify with the signature of the head of the organization and the seal, register this document in accordance with the organization's procedure for office work.

Step 3

Make an entry in the employee's work book about the termination of the employment contract with him due to the expiration of the validity period in accordance with Art. 79 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
