Registration on the portal of public services

Taxpayer's personal account
Some people confuse the portal of public services with a personal account of a taxpayer or a regional website of public services. If you need an account for calculating and paying taxes, for example, for real estate and vehicles, you need to get a login and a temporary password to create a personal account at the territorial tax office.
There is also a regional portal of public services (for example, the portal of services of the Moscow region mosreg). It provides a wider range of services. Through the regional portal, you can make an appointment with a doctor, apply to a school or get a preferential travel card. You can register on the regional portal yourself, but you will also need identification documents.
