Instructions
Step 1
Go to the portal www.gosuslugi.ru.
Before you can fully log into the system and start using the portal, you need to verify your identity by receiving a password to enter the system.
There are several ways to choose from:
1. Activation code. You can get it:
• By letter through the "Post of Russia";
• Come personally to one of the centers of OJSC Rostelecom. The list of centers is here:

2. Electronic signature:
• You can get the means of electronic signature in one of the centers of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of Russia. The list of centers is here:
• Also download and install a dedicated web browser plug-in to work with electronic signature tools.

3. Universal electronic card (UEC).
• UEC card with means of electronic signature can be obtained at one of the addresses);

Step 2
Fill in the form.
In the questionnaire, you will need to provide the following information:
• Surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, SNILS (Insurance number of an individual personal account - information contained in the Insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance)
• Email, mobile phone number;
• Password, security question and answer;
• Postal address (if you have chosen the delivery of the activation code through the "Russian Post"
Step 3
Once you have received your activation code, activate your account:
Go to the portal www.gosuslugi.ru - Personal account - click the "Enter activation code" button on the authorization page or registration page.
Or if you have chosen activation using an electronic signature or UEC, enter the PIN code to access the medium of the private key of the electronic signature and wait until the verification of the entered data is completed (it may take several minutes).
Confirm your contact details using the confirmation codes that have been sent to your email and mobile phone number.
