A characteristic to the court from the place of work is an official document provided upon request for a decision by state or municipal authorities. This document should contain not only information about the working, business qualities of the employee, but also personal.
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the content of the characteristic into three parts mentally. The first is the headline, the second is meaningful, the third is the final, which contains the reasons for compiling the characteristics.
Step 2
Heading part This is usually a typical corporate letterhead. At the top of the page, indicate the full name, legal address and company details.
Step 3
Substantial (main) part After information about the organization, step back a short distance and write the word "Characteristic" in the middle of the line. Then you can start writing the characteristics itself.
Step 4
The content must contain: - information about the employee in the questionnaire form, i.e. surname, first name, patronymic in full, information about the date and place of birth, education of the employee; - information about the employee's labor activity (be sure to describe when the employee was hired, whether there were any achievements in work, career growth); - personal and business qualities of the employee (indicate the level of professionalism and efficiency; does the employee have incentives and penalties; stress resistance; how the person showed himself in business contacts and in relationships with the team; presence (absence) of bad habits).
Step 5
In the final part, indicate why this certificate is given. For example: "The certificate was issued for submission to the court."
Step 6
Under the characteristic, leaving two lines behind, indicate the date of issue, as well as the position, surname, name, patronymic of the person who certified the document. The signature of this person and the seal of the organization are required. This confirms the legality of issuing the characteristics and the accuracy of the information contained in it. The person who signed the statement is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information.
