Temporary registration may end after the expiration of the terms specified in the application when registering with the territorial migration service or ahead of schedule at the request of homeowners. The method of restoring a temporary registration depends on the reason for which it ended.

Instructions
Step 1
Temporary registration is carried out on the basis of Government Decree No. 713. You can get it by contacting the territorial migration service with an application in person or by sending it by mail. Additionally, submit to the territorial migration service a notarial permit from all homeowners. If you are sending your application by mail, please attach a photocopy of the notarial authorization.
Step 2
If the term of your temporary registration, specified in the application during its registration, has expired, you can restore the registration. To do this, re-apply to the territorial migration service with an application, in which indicate the new terms of temporary registration. Do not forget to obtain new notarial permits from all homeowners when doing this.
Step 3
In the same way, you can restore an expired registration by mailing an application and new photocopies of notarial permits from all homeowners, certified by a notary.
Step 4
Any owner of a residential area in which you are temporarily registered has the right to apply to the territorial migration service with an application for early termination of temporary registration. You will be discharged without the need for your personal presence and court order.
Step 5
To restore the temporary registration, interrupted by this method, contact the homeowners and try to agree peacefully on the restoration of the temporary registration. If you manage to do this, get a second notarial permission from all the owners and contact the territorial migration service with an application.
Step 6
If one of the owners of the residential area for which you are planning to register temporarily does not agree to issue a notarial permit, you will not be able to do this in any way. In this case, the temporary registration cannot be restored.
