It is necessary

  • - employment history;
  • - pen or pencil;
  • - paper;
  • - calculator or computer with 1C program.

Instructions

Step 1

To manually calculate your total seniority, fill in all the hiring and firing dates in the column. Subtract the date of hiring from each enterprise that an employee applied for. Write down all numbers in a column. Using this method, write down data for all enterprises.

Step 2

Add up the resulting numbers, translate into full years, based on 12 months, and also into whole months, based on 30 days. If you are going to pay sick leave according to the calculated length of service, then with more than 8 years of experience you are obliged to accrue 100% of the employee's average earnings for 24 months, with an experience of 5 to 8 years, 80% of the average earnings are supposed to be accrued, less than 5 years - 60%.

Step 3

In the total length of service, include not only direct work at enterprises, but also the entire period of service in the army or in the internal affairs bodies or the criminal trial service. All periods of receiving social benefits, childcare benefits up to 1, 5 years old, the time when the employee was registered with the employment service, moved from one civil service to another, participated in public activities, was in prison or political exile. Also, you should include in the total length of service the periods of caring for disabled people of group 1, parents or close relatives from 80 years old.

Step 4

If you are calculating a special length of service, in which additional leave and a preferential pension are laid, then subtract from the date of dismissal from work in harmful, difficult, dangerous, stressful working conditions, the date of employment or transfer.

Step 5

There is no need to calculate continuous work experience, since it is not required for any payments and does not provide the employee with additional benefits.

Step 6

If you are calculating on the 1C program, enter all the data, hover the cursor over the desired result and get the initial periods that interest you.
