Instructions

Step 1

Read all the nuances of the case for which you need to draw up a court order. If the case does not appear indisputable, advise the claimant to send it to the court for further proceedings, so as not to waste time, since the debtor has the right to file an objection within 10 days from the date of receipt of the court order, attaching written evidence. And in this case, the case will still be returned for further consideration.

Step 2

Please note: a court order can be drawn up only at the request of the claimant and after he has paid the state duty in the established amount.

Step 3

In the first line of the court order form, write the sequence number and date of the trial and the name of the court on whose behalf you are acting. Next, indicate the full name of the claimant, his address and other contact details, and after - the full name of the debtor and his contact details.

Step 4

Guided by the relevant articles of the Code of Civil Procedure, Code of Administrative Offenses, Labor Code of the Russian Federation, etc., formulate the requirements according to which certain amounts will have to be collected from the debtor. Please also indicate other circumstances that led to this proceeding.

Step 5

Attach to the order a list of documents submitted by the claimant and which are the justification for his claim. It should be noted that in the event that the debtor objects to the court order, he will have to challenge each of the submitted documents.

Step 6

Put your signature, indicate its decryption. Stamp this. The document must be drawn up in 2 copies. Both copies of the order are signed by the claimant, and he takes one of them for himself. A certified copy of this document will be sent to the debtor.

Step 7

In the event that the debtor presents objections or refuses to pay, the bailiffs will have to make notes about this in the text of the order.
