When the main employee goes on vacation or is on sick leave, the head of the organization has a need to draw up an order to assign responsibilities to another employee. There are certain rules to be followed when drafting this document.
Instructions
Step 1
To draw up an order, the manager must obtain the written consent of the employee. To do this, draw up an additional agreement to the employment contract, which will spell out the term, obligations and conditions for the temporary performance of official duties for the duration of the order. If the employee's job duties and the terms of the employment contract do not change during the replacement period, an additional agreement need not be drawn up.
Step 2
After signing the agreement, issue an assignment order. In the order, state the position, term of performance and the amount of payment. Indicate in the order the fact that the employee is familiar with the job descriptions. Acquaintance of the employee with the duties assigned to him, certify the signature of the employee in a special magazine for this.
Step 3
If the employee will perform the duties of an absent employee without interrupting his main job, then indicate in the order the amount of the additional payment. The amount of the additional payment is determined on the basis of internal regulations on payment in this organization.
Step 4
Assign a serial number to the order, fill it out in the order registration book. After issuing an order to assign duties to an employee, send a copy of the order to the accounting department for further calculation of the employee's remuneration. In the case of combining the duties of an absent employee without interrupting his main job, the payment is calculated for the main job and the temporary performance of the duties of the absent employee.
Step 5
After creating an order on the assignment of duties, familiarize the authorized person with it, the order is considered communicated to the employee after he familiarizes himself with it and puts his signature in the appropriate journal.
