You will not be offered a high salary, but at the same time you will gain invaluable experience and the opportunity, after graduation, to re-register assistance as an internship, to acquire experience, which is a prerequisite for obtaining the title of lawyer.

Step 1
To get a job as an assistant attorney, determine which attorney education in your city or area you want to work in. Consult with familiar lawyers, take into account their recommendations. Consult the Chamber of Advocates. Having chosen a professional association, contact it and clarify the procedure for admission to attorney's assistants.
Step 2
As a rule, the conditions for obtaining the status of an advocate's assistant are the same. You will need to pass a preliminary interview with the chairman of the presidium of the bar association and provide completed application forms, autobiographies, a certificate from an educational legal institution, a work book and photographs for documents.
Step 3
Obtain a preparatory program from the Bar Admissions Office to prepare for the Bar Assistant Qualification Exam. Prepare for it and hand it over at the next meeting of the special commission. Based on the results of the exam, a decision is made about your employment as an assistant attorney.
Step 4
In which collegium of advocates or lawyer's office you will have to work, the Presidium of the collegium determines, it also appoints you a lawyer, whose assistant you will work. Enrollment in the state for the position of an attorney's assistant is carried out on the basis of a fixed-term employment contract, usually its term is 2 years.
Step 5
Upon enrollment, you will be eligible for further education and must complete a course of study organized by the Council of Young Lawyers, which functions in many bar associations.
Step 6
After graduating from a higher education institution and receiving a diploma confirming this fact, you can, if you wish, receive the status of an intern. This requires a positive testimonial from your supervisor.
