The heating systems readiness act is a regulatory document drawn up by the organization with which the heat supply agreement was signed. It reflects the position of the system at the time of the survey.
Instructions
Step 1
Print at the top of the document: "Certificate of readiness of heating systems for the winter season". Please write below: "We, the undersigned representatives of the company with which the heat supply contract was concluded." Next to it, indicate the full name of the company and its legal organizational form.
Step 2
Please note the name of the owner of the building (or manager of the organization). Indicate who took over the local winterized heating system (eg contractor). Next, write information about the location of the building in which the heating systems were prepared.
Step 3
Print data on the conduction of thermal systems. You can make a few points in the document for this. For example: “1. The results of inspection and testing during a hydraulic check (here it is necessary to indicate how much the pressure was raised) showed that after turning off the press after 15 minutes, the arrow fell to (arrow value) within the limits; at the same time, the specific water leakage per 1 m3 did not exceed the standard value. 2. During the preparation of the heating systems, the following work was done. Next, indicate what work was done.
Step 4
In turn, the following types of work can be carried out: on elevator units, as well as control units (complete with control and shut-off valves, preparation of thermometer sleeves, marking equipment), on devices (restoration of the heating surface of heating devices), on taps (installation in a serviceable adjusting fittings), providing access to the basement in order to check the condition of the heating equipment, insulation of heat pipes.
Step 5
Write conclusions on the work done. Next, type: "The heating system is put into operation during the winter season." Write the date next to it.
Step 6
Put all the necessary signatures (representative of the company with which the heat supply contract was concluded; owner of the building; representative of the contractor).
