The state acts of the new type on the ownership of land provide for the indication of the cadastral number. Its assignment indicates that information about your land plot has been entered into the cadastre system. In other words, it is recognized as your property, and you have the right to bequeath, donate, lease, pledge or sell the plot as you wish.

Instructions

Step 1

The cadastral number is indicated in all documents confirming your right to own land as a real estate object. Without it, you cannot sell or donate your property. If you want to get a cadastral number, contact any land surveyor licensed to carry out topographic and geodetic works.

Step 2

You will need to submit copies of the state act, your passport, identification number and conclude an agreement with the land management organization for carrying out topographic and geodetic works. Their purpose is to establish the boundaries of the site and create a boundary plan.

Step 3

After the documentation is ready, the representative of the land management organization transfers it to the cadastral chamber at the location of the site to enter information about it in the State Land Cadastre. To do this, you must submit an application for the registration of your land plot with the State Cadastral Registration, a package of documents prepared by the land management organization. If the land plot does not contain an act on the approval of the boundaries of the land plot, a copy of the document confirming the resolution of this land dispute is required, as well as a notarized power of attorney of the applicant for the employee of the land management organization. The state fee for the assignment of the cadastral number is currently not charged.

Step 4

After submitting the documents and registering the land plot, you will receive a cadastral passport, which is required for state registration of the property. In the event that the site was drawn up in a simplified way, i.e. without a land survey plan, you can get a cadastral passport in the B1 form, on the basis of which you can also register ownership, but without specifying on the ground the boundaries of the site and its area.
