It is not uncommon to buy a license “through acquaintances,” for example, through employees of driving schools who are “on a short leg” with examiners at the traffic police. For a decent fee, they conditionally pass the theoretical and practical part of the exam (the main thing is that the examiner is present at both tests, because the whole process of passing the license is now recorded on video). Why is it dangerous?
“For a bribe” passing the license exam is much more fun - so, while entering the answers on theory, you will be put behind a “special” computer, which rarely makes mistakes, and in the practical part you will drive along a straight street without turns, traffic lights and intersections.
There is another way to buy rights - through an intermediary who either has a relative or a friend, or simply knows a traffic police officer who does not hesitate to take bribes for issuing a plastic ID.
Remember: any means of purchasing rights are illegal!
What are the risks of buying rights?
The bribe-giver and the bribe-taker are severely punished under Art. 290 and 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: whoever gives - will have to pay a fine from 15 times to 90 times the amount of a bribe or go to prison for 12 years, paying a lower fine, receiving a bribe - a fine from 25 times to 100 times the amount of a bribe or a prison of up to 15 years and a fine.
Practice shows that it is not worth buying a license. You will be caught and punished in 99% of cases.
Moreover, in such situations, there is a great risk of falling into the hands of fraudsters who trade in rights.
What are the fakes?
So, when buying a license over the Internet, you will most likely be sent a fake driver's license. With such a card, you will only get to the first post. Most of the drivers who bought the driver's license, leaving with a fake in their pockets, without even suspecting that this is a criminal offense. And they will suffer the same punishment as people engaged in falsification - under Part 3 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Use of a knowingly forged document". The result is a fine of 80 thousand rubles or income for 6 months, and, possibly, work for up to 2 years, arrest for up to 6 months.
Another way to buy a license and deceive yourself is to pay for the "pink card" via the Internet and never see your own money again (as, in fact, the promised driver's license).
Finally, you can be sold the so-called "mirror rights", that is, the real rights with your photo, entered in the traffic police database, but with the data of another person. If you're lucky, this will be your full namesake, but all other information is unlikely to coincide (year of birth, city, passport, etc.). Such rights are also fake, and for their use the punishment described above is threatened under Part 3 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
There are no real validated driver's licenses on sale.
