A payment order is a settlement document, an order to the bank by the account holder to transfer his own funds to the beneficiary's current account. The Central Bank has developed a unified form of payment order 0401060. Incorrectly executed payment order, in accordance with Art. 864 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is not accepted by the bank for service. Filling in the active fields is subject to strict rules that allow you to draw up a payment order with the exact indication of all codes and details.
Instructions
Step 1
Start filling out the payment order by indicating the document number and the date of its preparation.
Please indicate the type of payment "electronically".
In the next field, write the amount to be transferred to the addressee.
Step 2
Fill in the payment details of your organization and the recipient's company.
Here must be indicated TIN, KPP, company name, current account. As well as full details of the payer's bank, indicating the name, address, BIC, correspondent account.
Enter the recipient's details in the same way.
Specify the type of payment and priority here.
In case of paying taxes, fill in the fields KBK (budget classification code) and OKATO. Here also indicate the reason for the payment and the tax period for which the payment will be made.
Step 3
Finally, write the purpose of the payment and print the document.
Submit the payment order for signature to managers who are authorized to sign bank documents.
