Instructions
Step 1
In each company, in accordance with the requirements of the law, a local normative act or a collective agreement should be drawn up, where the amount of payments for the performance of certain labor functions should be prescribed when the volume of work is increased or the combination of professions.
Step 2
Make an agreement with the employee who should be assigned the co-pay. Suppose that while the lead accountant is on vacation, his duties are assigned to the chief accountant. This should be considered an increase in the amount of work. If his labor function is performed by a deputy director or chief engineer, then this will be called a combination. Write down in the supplementary agreement to the contract with the employee a list of responsibilities that are assigned to him, having familiarized him with the instructions in advance. Indicate the period for which you should increase the amount of work or arrange a combination. Certify the document with the signature of the head of the company or other authorized person, the seal of the organization, the signature of the employee.
Step 3
Draw up an order based on the supplementary agreement. In the upper part of it, indicate the full and abbreviated name of the company, assign a number and date to the document. The subject of the order in this case will correspond to the purpose of the additional payment to the employee (indicate his position in accordance with the staffing table, surname, initials). The reason for drawing up a document may be an employee's leave on vacation, his illness, a business trip.
Step 4
In the administrative part, indicate the date of the beginning and end of the appointment of the additional payment, the list of labor functions that the employee will perform. It should be borne in mind that the combination and increase in the volume of work is allowed to be issued for no more than a month and only with the consent of the employee. Certify the order with the signature of the director, the seal of the company. Familiarize the specialist with the additional payment with the document. He needs to affix his signature, date of acquaintance.
