What are the requirements for Russian teachers?

What are the salaries of Russian teachers in China?
You can choose two types of payment:
Hourly: The average rate in Nanjing (the city where the author lives) is 100-150 yuan per hour (~ 1000 - 1500 rubles), so if you work full time 5 days a week. You can earn about 150,000 rubles. However, your earnings will depend on whether the school can find you students.
Fixed: On average, schools offer about 80,000 - 100,000 rubles a month, plus some institutions may additionally pay for food and apartment rent.
Is there a lot of paperwork? … There is no paperwork at all, usually you are directly involved in teaching Russian to the Chinese, all the paperwork is on the shoulders of the Chinese staff.
