The Unified State Register of Real Estate Rights, or the Federal Register, includes all information about transactions with real estate objects. USRR has been conducted since July 21, 1997 on the basis of Federal Law No. 122-F3 on state registration of transactions with real estate. Changes to the register can be made on the basis of the submitted package of documents on the change in the copyright holder for real estate, changes in technical parameters or other indicators.

Instructions
Step 1
If you need to make changes to the description of your property, which is contained in subsection 1, present your passport, certificate of ownership of housing or land, technical passport, updated cadastral extracts, pay the state fee for making changes. On the basis of the submitted documents, the necessary changes will be made to the register.
Step 2
If the transfer of rights is associated with the receipt of an inheritance.
Step 3
To make changes to subsection 3, containing all information about the encumbrance of property, present a pledge agreement, if the property is a subject of pledge, a resolution on the arrest or seizure of housing or a land plot.
Step 4
In subsection No. 3-2 all changes are made about the tenant of housing or land. To make changes, present your passport, lease agreement, certificate of ownership, receipt of payment of state duty.
Step 5
In subsection number 3-2 all information about the mortgage is entered. To change it, present a passport, a certificate of ownership, a mortgage agreement, a pledge agreement, if the mortgage apartment is presented as a pledge until the debt obligations are fully paid off.
Step 6
Subsection 3-3 contains all information about the easement. To make changes, present the passports of all family members of the tenant, a social tenancy agreement, which specifies the right to use the living space by all family members. Changes to the register are required if the tenant's family composition has changed.
Step 7
In all cases, you need to submit an application and attach a photocopy to the original documents.
