An extract from the USRR is a document obtained in the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate, which contains various information about the property owned by the recipient. You can get an extract from the USRR in Moscow at the local department of the housing stock or on the official website of Rosreestr.

Instructions
Step 1
Try to get an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in Moscow at the Department of Housing and Housing Policy by visiting the institution at the address: Gazetny Pereulok, 1/12. This can be done only if you registered the rights to the property before January 31, 1998. Otherwise, you can contact the Moscow branch of the USRR, which is located at the address: 2nd Avtozavodskiy lane, house 5. You will need to first submit an application for an extract from the USRR and its further receipt in writing. In this case, the document will be certified by the signature of the service representative and the seal of the institution.
Step 2
Download the application form from the Rosreestr website, fill it out and pay the state fee for the service in the amount of 200 rubles. This can be done through Sberbank by taking the details on the service order page. Find out the schedule for submitting an application and receiving an extract at the Moscow branch and show up there at the set time, presenting an application, a receipt for payment of state duty and a passport.
Step 3
You can order an extract from the Unified State Register on the official website of Rosreestr in electronic form. Go to the section "Electronic services of Rosreestr". Enter the conditional or cadastral number of the object and its address in the designated fields and click the button "Order an extract from the USRR". The procedure is paid, and a message with payment details (electronic or bank transfer) will be sent to your email address. The cost of obtaining an extract is 150 rubles. As soon as the funds are transferred, you will receive a notification about the current status of the order. Usually it is completed within 5 working days, after which the ordered statement will be sent to your email address. Please note that this document will be considered official after you submit it for signature to the employees of the Moscow branch of the USRR.
