Step 1
Errors can be seen in a standard or extended extract from a single register. Until the information is corrected, they are considered reliable, regardless of the fact that the company can confirm the error in any point of the extract with other documents on the basis of which the information was entered into the register.
Step 2
Regardless of whose fault the incorrect information was entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and for what reason they need to be corrected, all the costs of changing and entering the correct information fall on the shoulders of the legal entity. In addition, the head of the company may be imposed an administrative fine on the fact of providing erroneous data, on the basis of which incorrect entries were made (Article 14.24 of the "Code of Administrative Offenses").
Step 3
If in the register itself all the information is correct, but at the same time incorrect information is given in the extract, the error is corrected by an authorized employee of the district tax inspectorate, who compiled and checked the extract.
Step 4
To correct an error in an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, submit an application of the unified form No. 14001, indicate in it the GRN of the erroneous entry, the number of the issued extract.
Step 5
Again you will have to present the PSRN, TIN, GRN, the charter of the enterprise, the erroneous extract that you received, notarized photocopies of all documents.

The time frame for making changes is 7 working days from the date of application. The cost of the service is 4000 rubles. All notary services for the certification of documents are not included in the total amount of the service, and you will pay for them separately.
