The assignment of the number is carried out within two weeks. When receiving a certificate, be sure to check that all lines are filled in correctly. If you have not received SNILS earlier, your employer can issue it. You will also need a work book. In the event that you are applying for a job for the first time, your employer must draw up this document. In case of an external part-time job, provide the employer with a copy of the labor.

For workers in certain fields of activity, you will need a medical record. This applies primarily to those people who work in trade, medicine, education. To draw up this document, you must contact the center of state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance and undergo the necessary examinations.

You can also submit your education document to the HR department. This can be a certificate, diploma, certificate of advanced training, etc. In some cases, this document is required, for example, if you get a job as a doctor, teacher. If you are liable for military service, when applying for a job, you must have military registration documents on hand.

If you are employed as a teacher, you must provide a certificate of no criminal record or criminal prosecution.
