The activities of enterprises are regulated by certain rules. Sometimes it happens that an organization does not fulfill its obligations, then it has to go through a check and receive a list of requirements that the relevant authorities present to it. The fulfillment of these requirements is recorded in the act of execution of the prescriptions.
Instructions
Step 1
Draw up an act of compliance with the prescriptions on a specially designed form. The form of the act, as a rule, consists of the same items as the prescription itself, and reflects information on the results of the check. Fill in the appropriate fields with the address of the site where the inspection was carried out. In this paragraph, in addition to the actual address, also indicate the bank details of the owner of the enterprise.

The next step is to fill in the item on the verification commission. Describe the last names, first names and patronymics of the participants in the compliance check, and their positions.
Step 3
Next, you should indicate a list of the work performed that should have been carried out in accordance with the prescription. When compiling it, be guided by each item of the previously compiled list of actions, evaluate their completeness and quality of implementation.
Step 4
In the next paragraph, describe the outstanding work, or other actions that should have been carried out at the time of the check. At the same time, take into account the objectivity of failure to perform these actions, there are times when unexpected circumstances could play a decisive role, they are also called force majeure.
Step 5
The result of the act of execution of the prescriptions are penalties that will be applied to the organization due to failure to comply with the required actions. Fill out the clause on financial penalties, or other measures that are provided for under the law for these types of violations.
Step 6
Draw up this document in triplicate, the first is sent to the organization that carries out the verification, the second is handed over to the representative of the inspected enterprise, the third remains directly with the chairman of the verification commission. If the representative of the organization, in whose action the violations were discovered and recorded, refuses to accept this act, send the document by registered mail with notification. Receiving a notification of the delivery of a letter to the addressee, certified by his signature, means that he is aware of the results of the check.
